Listing Agreement:

The Owners grant Midcoast Boat Brokerage the right to sell the equipment described above. The owners agree to pay the Brokers a commission equal to 10% of the selling price with a minimum commission of $500. if the equipment is sold during the term of this agreement. The term of this agreement shall remain in effect for a minimum of 180 days from the date of Owners signing, after which it will continue until cancelled by the owners with written notice to be effective 30 days after receipt.
